You can choose regular or express delivery (be careful because the total sum of your order is affected by delivery type).

After payment, your order will be ready for shipment within 1-2 business days.

We will ship out your order and send a tracking number. Therefore, you will be able where your parcel is on the way to its final destination.

By regular postal service, your order will be delivered within 2-3 weeks.

Express delivery (by FedEx priority, Aramex, UPS, etc.) takes about a week.

During Christmas and New Year period, delivery time may be longer due to overloaded postal services in quarantine, strikes and other force majeure situations.

During the parcel’s tracking, there is a period when it doesn’t move for a long time and stay at one of the in-transit points. It may take time more than a week. This is normal. You just have to wait for info update on the website of post service. After the parcel has arrived in the destination country, you will receive it in a few days.

If 45 days have passed since your order was shipped out and you still have not received parcel, write to us and we will send an official request to the delivery company. Don’t worry, in any case you will receive your order. We will either find your parcel or send you the new one again.
